Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the most compassionate, skilled, and empathetic professionals join our team.
HTSC caregivers meet the following requirements:

Are professionals or students in special education, behavior therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, psychology, Child- Life, and early childhood education

Pass an extensive background check

Are at least 20 years old

Are CPR certified

Meet Our Founder
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over eight years of experience in the field of special education, I have been deeply inspired by the identified need for specialized babysitters for individuals with special needs. Witnessing the challenges faced by parents and caregivers in providing constant care and support, I recognize the critical importance of respite and support systems. Understanding the significant impact of burnout on families, I am driven to bridge this gap by developing a network of highly trained and empathetic babysitters who possess the necessary skills and knowledge to cater to the unique needs of individuals with special needs. By offering reliable and specialized babysitting services, my aim is to empower parents and caregivers, providing them with much-needed respite and helping to alleviate the burden of burnout.
